Who we are

SwingAtlas is a product of ARCFORM LLC, a single-member limited liability company organized in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA. References to "we," "us," or "our" mean ARCFORM LLC.

What we collect via this website

When you submit the beta access form on this site, we collect: your name, email address, and the optional fields you fill in (handicap or skill level, phone model, and any notes). That information is appended to a private project file we use to manage the beta program and is sent to the founder by email so we know you signed up.

We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site. We do not sell your data. We will only contact you about the SwingAtlas beta and product launch unless you explicitly ask us to send you something else.

What the SwingAtlas app does with your videos

SwingAtlas processes your swing videos on-device. Videos you record or upload into the app stay on your phone. They are not uploaded to a server, not shared with third parties, and not retained by us in any form unless you explicitly opt in to a feature that requires upload (for example, a future cloud-sync feature, which would have its own clear consent flow).

Cookies and analytics

This website uses no cookies for tracking. We may use minimal first-party analytics to count page views and understand which sections people read; if we do, we use a privacy-respecting analytics provider that does not track individuals across sites.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correction of any inaccuracies, or deletion of your beta-program record at any time by emailing hello@swingatlas.app. We will respond within a reasonable time, typically within 30 days.
